On June 24th, John Albaugh got up in the morning and went out for a swim.

He also went for a bike ride.

Then he ran for a bit.

You see, Albaugh was in Zürich, Switzerland and just happened to be competing in the International Ironman Competition.

On June 24, 2007, Albaugh (Age 32) swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles and then ran a 26+ mile Marathon. Albaugh's time for the three-part competition was 10 hours and fifty-seven minutes (10:57).

"Don't write that I completed the Ironman in just under 11 hours," Albaugh laughed during his MyBayCity interview. "Say 10 hours and 57 minutes."

Albaugh's performance in Switzerland placed him 520th out of 2,000 competitors.

Complete Stats for Albaugh at Zürich.
